How do I set up my event? Where do I go?

Contact TixSocial and a dedicated Account Manager will contact you to help you set up your event.

Why can’t I set it up myself?
For your 1st event, you will need to sign our Standard Service Agreement first and then we’ll help you get it set up.
What’s in the Standard Service Agreement?
It’s our commitment to you …covering just the basics, who does what, credit card processing, etc. For more info, see our PRICING section.
Will I be able to track sales prior to my event?
We can provide daily sales reporting if you like. Over time, we’re constantly adding more self-service features that enable you to take control of your own events.
