Q. How do I purchase a ticket?
A. Once you’ve found your event, select the number of tickets from each different ticket class you’d like to purchase, view your subtotal and click the PURCHASE TICKETS button below the ticket options. You’ll be asked to enter your credit card information and zip code and click SAVE CREDIT CARD. You can check the box below giving permission to “Save this credit card for future purchases” which is explained in the question below. Simply click “Click to Pay” and view your order!
Q. Where is my credit card information stored?
A. Your Credit Card (CC) is not stored within Twicketer’s platform. If you choose to store your CC for one click future purchases, your information is stored within Stripe’s database. We use their service for all CC processing, so know that your information is safe and secure. They process for other companies like Apple, Kickstarter and Lyft to boot, proving secure transactions are of utmost importance.
Q. Where can I view my tickets?
A. Immediately after your purchase, you can view your tickets by clicking on them from the purchase confirmation page. Otherwise once logged in, click MY TICKETS in the top right corner. Your tickets for each event will show up in alphabetical order with the option to print a backup paper copy. Twicketer’s Apple and Android app allows for a truly mobile ticketing experience, so save some trees and use your phone! See our app FAQ below for more information about your mobile ticket, and get ready for a great time!
Q. I never received my tickets by e-mail for printing
A. Check your spam filter first! You should automatically receive the backup copy of your ticket to the email you signed up with. You can print this and be checked into the event this way, or simply show your ticket within the Twicketer app. To email yourself another copy, login to your account and go to the My Tickets page. Click on the ticket you wish to reprint or view, and find the “Email ticket to myself”. You’ll receive another copy quickly through email. If your ticket isn’t showing up in the “Your Tickets” section within the app, please contact us at info@twicketer.com.
Q. What will I see on my credit card statement?
A. You’ll see one charge from Stripe. Initially this will show as pending for up to 48 hours. When cleared, it will show a transaction number, the ticket type you purchased and the quantity of tickets. This should match the total amount when checking out from Twicketer.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Login and go to the ‘My Account’ page. Scroll down to the New Password area and enter it twice to confirm. Click Update Account, and you’re good to go for the next time you login.
Q. I forgot my username/password
A. If you forget your username and password – no sweat. On the sign in page, click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link below the ‘Sign Up Now!’ button and enter your email address. We’ll send you a temporary password to login and personalize which you can change from the ‘My Account’ page.
Q. How do I contact the event organizer?
A. From any event page, there should be a ‘Contact’ section near the footer area. This should include a name, phone and email contact for the event, either at the venue or through a specific promoter. You can always e-mail info@twicketer.com if you need other assistance.
Q. How do I delete my account?
A. YOU DON’T. Just kidding. Contact us at info@twicketer.com to remove your account from future mailings and ticketed events. We’re sad to see you go, and we’d love to have you back!

Q. TixSocial Fee
A. We charge a small Mobile Ticket Convenience (Service) Fee to cover our platform & delivery costs. / Our low fee is added to the ticket price set by the Event Manager. While this is our standard model, EM’s can opt to include our fee in their ticket price – so Consumers only see 1 price! / Because we don’t believe in price gouging, we tie (calculate) our ticket fee in line with the ticket price – so you never pay too much for lower priced tickets.

A. As stated above, because we don’t believe in price gouging, we tie our ticket fee in line with the ticket price – so you never pay too much for lower priced tickets. / Factors such as size of your event, number of tickets being sold, ticket prices, and sponsorship or advertising are all taken into consideration. / Please contact us directly to discuss your event and we’d be happy to share more detail on our fee.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Event Manager(s) accepts sole responsibility for refunds to their customers at their own discretion and is responsible for communicating refund policies to customers. EM accepts sole responsibility for credit card chargebacks and is responsible for communicating chargeback policies to customers. EM acknowledges that TWX is not liable for refunds to EM customers and TWX is not liable for credit card chargebacks from EM customers.
Q. Who pays the fees?
A. There is never a set up fee for Event Managers & Organizers. / Ticket purchasers pay our low Mobile Ticket Convenience (Service) Fee based on the ticket price. / At the EM’s discretion, he/she can choose to bundle our fee into their ticket price. / EM’s are required to cover the 3rd party Credit Card Processing Fee out of their ticket proceeds – as consistent with industry standard practices. / OPTIONAL – On an individual basis, the EM can opt to have this line item charge added to the ticket purchase transaction.

A. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

A. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.<br /> Twicketer uses cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools.
Q. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
A. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Q. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
A. Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Q. Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
A. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
